You won’t be able to play the game for a short while since maintenance will take place for five hours prior to the patch’s release. You will be compensated for any downtime following the maintenance, based on the number of hours the servers were down.
Typically, the servers are back online before the scheduled release timings, allowing you to log in early and enjoy all of the new stuff. If maintenance is postponed, Hoyoverse will notify you in-game and provide additional compensation.

Players will receive 60 Stellar Jade for every hour the game is unavailable. Players can anticipate getting 300 Stellar Jade via in-game mail for the next five hours. It should be noted that, unlike Genshin Impact, players will still only receive a maximum of 300 Stellar Jade if the maintenance is delayed, which is uncommon.

Players should take advantage of the benefits as soon as they can because they will expire after the update is through. Imbibitor Lunae, Fu Xuan, and Lynx are three new characters being added to Honkai Star Rail as part of the 1.3 Update.
