She can be seen in various newscasts and television shows, including Telemundo, ABC News, CNN, and CNN en Espaol. Navarro is the daughter of José Augusto Navarro Flores, a former Minister of Agriculture under the rule of Enrique Bolaos Geyer, and Violeta Flores López.

She’s offering fans a unique perspective. The 51-year-old Ana Navarro glowed in a tiny black dress as she flaunted the effects of her incredible weight-loss journey. The photo was posted on Instagram by the co-host of “The View.” It was taken when she was on holiday in Colombia.

“When your best friend is @leeschrager and he tells you he wants a getaway weekend for his birthday, you say, ‘Tell me where and when, and I’ll be there,’ ” the Republican pundit captioned the post. “He got his three best friends to drop everything and come to Cartagena to celebrate.”

Many of Navarro’s fans went to the comments area to gush about her toned body. “Ana!! You are serving,” one excitedly declared, while another said the political talking head was “beautiful.”

One reviewer, meantime, sparked controversy by claiming that Navarro’s weight reduction appeared to have happened too quickly and that she must have been taking the popular weight-loss medication Ozempic.

“When are you coming clean that you are on Ozempic? It will help others,” another follower wrote before Navarro responded by sharing details of all factors that have impacted her weight loss journey.

“I’ve posted about my weight-loss journey many times,” she began. “I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life. The pandemic and menopause made it worse. In 2021, my mom died of kidney disease brought on by diabetes. She suffered terribly the last years of her life. That scared the beejeezus out of me.”

“Last August, I went to a wellness spa in Mexico called @rancholapuerta with two of my friends since grade school. We had all turned 50 and wanted to be healthier,” she continued. “I spent time there learning to cook and eat healthier, reprogramming the way I think of my lifestyle, and being more active. We did all sorts of exercise classes for hours a day. When we came back to Miami, we were determined to continue some of our healthy habits.”

After discovering she was pre-diabetic, Navarro claimed she also sought professional assistance, working with a nutritionist and a medical supervisor. To stay healthy and play at least twice a week, she also has a pilates instructor and pickleball coaches. She has joined clubs in Miami and New York City.

“So it’s been a complete lifestyle change -except for the damn rosé and margaritas, which I can’t give up. It has all helped me lose about 4-5 lbs a month,” Navarro said.

“I am not equipped to give anyone advice or endorse any solution,” she ended. “We all have to figure out what works for each of us. It is a daily struggle for me. I still really like tequila and staying in bed with my poodle…🤷🏻‍♀️.”

In many other Instagram images that Navarro has published recently, she has also been charged with utilizing diabetes medication to aid her weight loss.

Navarro has been approached by The Post for comment.

Navarro, a nominee for a Daytime Emmy, has been spilling the beans on her recent body makeover, revealing that she started playing pickleball and attending pilates classes three times a week.

“I don’t like exercise. The trick is finding something you like -or at least, don’t hate doing. Pilates has really helped me get healthier,” the Florida-based star dished in an Instagram post shared in March.

Navarro also disclosed in January that she had tried to limit her use of alcohol and bad foods while traveling between Miami and Manhattan for her work on “The View.”

“One of the many little conscious life-changes I’ve made to lose weight, is to buy a salad at airport or pre-order the healthy meal on @americanair,” she stated on Insta. “Pre-ordering means I’m stuck with my choice and don’t fall into temptation. Truthfully, I don’t love it. I’ve also stopped drinking alcohol on planes. It adds up for me, since I usually spend 14-16 hours a week on a plane.”

While Navarro keeps her usage of Ozempic a secret, other celebrities including Kyle Richards, Julia Fox, Brittany Cartwright, and Gina Kirschenheiter have been steadfast in their denials.
