Adele’s weight loss quest began several years before the Covid-19 pandemic. In a 2016 interview with Vogue magazine, the singer claimed that she has been working out to keep in shape for her performances, which has resulted in weight loss.
“I was trying to get some stamina for my tour, so I lost a bit of weight,” the Love Is A Game singer told the magazine. Now I can wear regular, off-the-rack clothes, which greatly concerns me!”
