Not only has she not shared anything about him since July 2023, but it also seems that she and her husband whom everyone assumed would be a lifelong companion were no longer together.
According to reports, Alex Bennett filed for divorce from her husband Graham Bennett, the son of Oklahoma City Thunder chairman Clay Bennett, after their marriage broke down over his desire to return to Oklahoma and her desire to remain in New York. The couple’s disagreement over decisions in life caused them to part ways.
Who Is Alex Bennett’s Husband, Graham Bennett?
Before becoming well-known to listeners of podcasts worldwide, Clay Bennett, the chairman of the Oklahoma City Thunder, was the father of Graham Bennett. Graham reportedly attended the University of San Diego and graduated in 2023 with a master’s degree from the Harvard Extension School.
He currently holds positions as an adviser at Thelma Gaylord Foundation and manager of development initiatives at REFORM Alliance. In 2019, Graham relocated to New York and wed Alex Bennett.

Why Did Alex Bennett Divorce Graham Bennett?
With the title “Alex’s Relationship Status,” Alex Bennett disclosed her romantic status on November 7, 2023, via her Mean Girl podcast. She disclosed that they had not seen each other for five months, ever since Graham departed for Oklahoma.
They reportedly moved to New York to pursue their careers, and that’s where it all began. However, as Alex noted on her show, Graham expressed a desire to return to Oklahoma in January, and the couple no longer saw eye to eye.
She also mentioned, “We never argued, we weren’t fighting, we weren’t mad, we weren’t yelling,” but in May 2023, the couple started having hard conversations, which eventually increased the distance between them. She further stated:
“Our hearts were going to be in different places. We very much knew what we were looking at. He was going to go back to Oklahoma, and I was going to stay here.”
After her divorce, Alex allegedly felt astonished but also relieved because neither of them could compromise their jobs and they had to let one other go for their best interests. Since they were under no legal need to divide their assets before getting married, they shared a bank account.
They had not signed a prenuptial agreement. Although Alex Bennett didn’t care about her ex-husband’s wealth either, she did claim that Graham had promised her a third of the funds in their joint account, something his attorney had assured her she wouldn’t receive.
