Two people, including a 15-year-old boy, died in a high-speed crash on the Belt Parkway in Queens late Sunday night.
Three people were in the car when it crashed just before midnight on the eastbound side of the Belt Parkway near Farmers Boulevard. Police said it looked like a one-car accident. Officials said the driver was allegedly going very fast when the crash happened.

Authorities said that a 15-year-old passenger was thrown out of the car and pronounced dead at the scene, but they didn’t say who he was right away.
First responders took a second male passenger to a nearby hospital, but he was also pronounced dead. Police didn’t know the victim’s name or how old he was right away.

According to officials, a 19-year-old man who is thought to be the driver was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Near the fatal crash scene, the eastbound lanes of the Belt Parkway were closed early Monday so that police could investigate what happened.
