An inquiry has been launched after the body of a man who had been stabbed to death was discovered outside of a Los Angeles Metro station.
The body of the victim, identified as Adrian Alberto Casillas, age 28, was discovered on Tuesday evening at about 9 o’clock inside the Westlake/MacArthur Park Metro stop.
According to the investigators, someone stabbed Casillas outside the station, located near Wilshire Boulevard and Alvarado Street. Casillas then allegedly rushed down the escalator inside the Metro stop, where he slumped and died. It was determined that he had passed away at the site.

At this point, it is unclear what precipitated the stabbing that occurred.
