Glamorous, a Netflix original series, follows ambitious makeup influencer Marco Mejia (Miss Benny), a gender nonconforming person who wins their dream job working with supermodel-turned-beauty-mogul Madolyn Addison (played by S*x and the City’s Kim Cattrall).
Season 1 of the 10-episode series premiered on Netflix on June 22 and followed Marco as he acclimated to the demanding, fast-paced, and high-profile tasks of Glamorous By Madolyn’s second assistant.
“There are so many unique challenges you face as somebody who is gender-nonconforming, especially when you’re assigned male at birth and you present very feminine,” Miss Benny explained in a recent profile interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
Almost every character on the program is some shade of queer. I hope that after watching the show, people would want to provide more opportunities to people like me and the rest of the cast since we had so much fun filming it. It’s really a fantastic time.”
Glamorous Netflix Season 2 Release Date
Glamorous Season 2 is set to premiere on Netflix in June 2024. The second season of the show has yet to be officially renewed by Netflix, but given the excellent response to the show, we may expect it to appear shortly.
The official announcement for Glamorous Season 2 is scheduled for the end of the year.

Marco Mejia, an aspiring beauty influencer, is working behind the makeup counter at their day job when they encounter makeup mogul Madolyn Addison.
Madolyn recruits Marco as her eyes and ears because she is concerned that someone is attempting to damage her firm from within.
“This new job is his first chance to figure out what he wants out of life, who he actually is, and what it really means for him to be queer,” the official synopsis of the show reads.
