The spokesman for the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, informed this Friday fair (25) that Kiev and Moscow are consulting “place and time” to define a ceasefire in the country, invaded by Russia on Thursday.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov announced that Putin is willing to send a delegation to Minsk, capital Belarus, for negotiations with Ukraine, but Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had previously said that these talks would be conditional on the delivery of weapons by the invaded country. The ministry’s spokeswoman had stated that Kiev refuses to negotiate and would have postponed a decision in this regard until Saturday (19).

At the moment, the Russian armed forces are carrying out an offensive on Kiev and the fear is that the capital will be taken this evening.
