Kourtney was Scott Disick’s longest-term girlfriend among the Kardashian sisters. Scott and Kourtney initially met in Mexico in 2006 at a party thrown by Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild. They dated on and off for a while but finally settled down in time for the birth of their son Mason in December 2009.
