Katie Maloney is dating actor Satchel Clendenin now that her divorce from Tom Schwartz is final, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm.
Since they started dating, the 35-year-old Vanderpump Rules star’s boyfriend, who lives in L.A. and is 10 years younger than her, has “met some of” her co-stars and “hung out with some of her friends,” a source tells Us.
Maloney had already hinted that she was in her “cougar era” in July when she told Us something exclusive about her dating life after her breakup. She teased, “You know. I’m not dating seriously. I want to have fun and go out and, like, flirt with and maybe kiss some boys.” “Do you understand? I can’t get into a relationship, for example.”
She said she just wanted to “have fun” and see what would happen. She told Us, “I don’t know, a lot of [the guys] are young, and that’s fun, too.” “I feel like I’m in a cougar era… I can go out with the young one, someone my age, and the young one’s dad. So I guess I kind of like that.”
The Bravo star and Schwartz, 40, said their vows to each other in 2016, but the ceremony wasn’t official because they didn’t get a marriage license. In 2019, they got married, and in March, the former SUR waitress posted on Instagram that she and Schwartz had broken up.
The co-owner of Tom Tom also made a statement at the time. In a long social media post, he said, “Well, this stinks. How can I put 12 years of love into a canned Instagram caption? I’m not a poor person. It is not going to write a song that’s too sad. We all agree with Katie’s choice, and we’ve talked about it healthily. It would be much worse if she chose to stay with me even though she wasn’t happy.
A few days after their breakup made the news, the Utah man filed for divorce.
We confirmed at the beginning of this month that the case was over. The former couple is splitting the money they made from selling their California home in August, which was worth $2 million and dividing the rest of their assets based on what belongs to each person.

Maloney explained more about why she and Schwartz broke up earlier this year. She said she “had to start putting her own needs first.” She said on her “You’re Gonna Love Me” podcast, “It got to the point where I felt like I was going to burst.” “It’s been building up for months. I felt just disconnected. I had the feeling that I was getting farther and farther away.”
She said, “The best and the only way I can describe it is waking up and hearing this voice that kept getting louder and louder.”
Maloney is dating someone outside her inner circle, and her ex-husband is dating Raquel Leviss, who was also on Pump Rules. Schwartz denied that they kissed at Coachella in April, but Us confirmed that they “made out” at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies‘ wedding in August.
The bar owner later told Shay, 37, on her “Scheananigans” podcast, “I was so wrapped up in my little world and I was married that I never took the time to get to know Raquel.” “She was cool all the time. I just never really gave her my full attention. That’s not a good way to say it. I didn’t give her much of a chance. She is so deep and interesting. I think I gave up on her.”
