Avatar’s First Movie Featuring Aang and The Gaang

The Last Airbender was the subject of an announcement made by Nickelodeon a year ago on their intentions to continue the series.

The news that not one but three full-length motion pictures would be set in the world of Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko’s martial arts fantasy anime was announced

Since then, there have been speculations and hopes regarding who would lead those films, and we now know that at least one of them will bring us back together

Team Avatar will consist of the siblings Katara and Sokka, earthbender Toph Beifong, Prince Zuko, and Kyoshi warrior Suki.

Notably, in the video that can be found above, Varney can be seen reading a copy of Rising of Kyoshi by F.C. Yee, which is a novel written for young adults.

Earlier this year, there were rumors that the Avatar film trilogy will be completed with a film that would center on her, as well as one that would feature fellow fan favorite Avatar Korra.

There is currently no information available on the storyline of the first Avatar film, and it is not even certain which members of the original cast will be retained for the sequel.

Voice actors Dante Basco and Jack De Sena, who are respectively responsible for Zuko and Sokka’s roles, were present at the discussion but did not comment on their characters’ participation.
