Yes, season 10 of Vanderpump Rules has everything, even piatas made to look like Tom Schwartz. Bravo just released a juicy trailer that shows the show is back to its best, with intense drama, unplanned hookups, and Scheana Shay’s second wedding.

Schwartz and Katie Maloney start the sneak peek by cheering that they are a “divorce success story.” This happy ending quickly turns sour when Schwartz’s behavior after the end of his marriage becomes the talk of their group of friends. When word gets out that Schwartz is hooking up with Raquel Leviss, the ex-girlfriend of cast member James Kennedy, Katie goes off on her ex.

“I’ve never been angry at you before, but now I am. I think you’re pathetic, a drunk, and a loser “She yells at Schwartz, who doesn’t care.

“This doesn’t bother me at all,” he tells Katie, who is shocked.

Raquel also spends time with Oliver Saunders, who is the son of Garcelle from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Oliver tells his mom and Lisa Vanderpump, now his boss in Las Vegas, about his time with Raquel, and his mom asks, “Should I be here?” Lisa’s empire grows in Sin City when she opens Vanderpump a Paris. This gives the SUR-vers, including Kristina Kelly, a new place to hang out that is in a different state.

As for Raquel’s ex, his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, joins the cast, which puts their relationship to the test. Lisa tells James that he “sounds like a dictator” when he talks about how he and Ally’s relationship has changed since James stopped sobering.

Ally tells him, like Raquel did years ago, “I like you better when you don’t drink.”

Later, as the video of James throwing a drink in Schwartz’s face plays, she says, “Nobody wants to see you make a fool of yourself.”

Ally also has trouble with Lala Kent, James’ friend and sometimes a friend with benefits. Lala has a lot of her problems to deal with this year. She gets upset with Schwartz, who calls her a “bootleg Housewife,” when she thinks about how her relationship with Randall Emmett, the father of her daughter, ended because of cheating allegations and rumors of bad business dealings.

The long-delayed opening of Schwartz & Sandy’s, a business Schwartz opened with his longtime friend Tom Sandoval, is also a big deal this season. The pressures of going out on their own without LVP as a partner are hard for the dynamic duo, and things are getting to the point where they could end their friendship.

Scheana tells Sandoval that Katie has been telling people that Sandoval and his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix, have an open relationship. This makes Sandoval’s personal life a hot topic as well.

Later, Ariana cries to Lisa, “This summer has been so f**king bad for me.”

When does Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premiere?

The new season of Vanderpump Rules starts on February 8 at 9/8c. Peacock has all of the old seasons. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Garcelle Beauvais makes a cameo in the Season 10 trailer, which you can watch up top.
