John R. Modlin, chief of the Tucson Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, said three people were caught near Amado, Arizona after agents found a car with fake license plates.

Agents stopped a car driven by a U.S. citizen on Monday, January 30. Two immigrants were arrested with the driver after it was found that the license plates were fake.

Chief Modlin said that when agents stopped the car, they found meth and heroin.
