The tagline for the next season of Fox’s fast-paced medical drama The Resident says, “Defiance is the best medicine.” This seems to be the theme of season 6.

The next new episode of The Resident will be called “No Pressure, No Diamonds,” and it will air on Tuesday, November 29.
Here’s how the episode is described: “A documentary maker approaches Devon as he gets ready to do the country’s first titanium rib cage implant surgery. Conrad treats a rude patient who says a big cat attacked him. Dr. Bell gets bad press.”

The episode will air on October 18, 2022. “A college professor comes into the emergency room, and Conrad realises it’s a former patient from when he was an intern. Devon ends up admitting a man who says he knows the answer to eternal life.”

The episode will air on October 25, 2022. “On the day of Kit and Bell’s wedding, Bell and Conrad are called away to take care of the sick daughter of a big hospital donor. Billie takes Gigi and Sammie dress shopping.”

“A prison doctor thinks a man on death row is lying about his symptoms, so Conrad and Raptor are sent to check him out. Meanwhile, Devon meets a British couple who are worried about the cost of health care in the U.S.

Date of Air: November 15, 2022
“When a teen boy is brought to Chastain after passing out from a suspicious pill, Conrad takes action to find the boy’s brother before he has the same thing happen to him. Meanwhile, Dr. Bell deals with court papers from a former patient.”
When will The Resident Season 6 come out?
The Resident Season 6 started on Tuesday, September 20, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. The medical drama starts on Tuesday nights before the only new show on Fox this fall, Monarch, which stars Susan Sarandon and Trace Adkins and is about country music.
The UK hasn’t been given a date for when season 6 of The Resident will be available, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

In Season 5, Conrad had to face life without his wife, Nic and raise their daughter on his own. But now that he has a girlfriend, he is in a love triangle with Billie and Cade.
Kit and Randolph got engaged, and Devon and Leela just found each other again. We’ll have to watch season 6 to see how their stories change.

We don’t know when The Resident season 6 will come out in the UK, but fans can watch season 5 on Sky Witness.
