Teddi Wright, the season 8 star of Bachelor In Paradise, looked for love in Mexico after appearing on Clayton Echard’s The Bachelor, but she’s now engaged to her boyfriend, Nicholas.

After breaking up with Andrew Spencer, the 26-year-old registered nurse abruptly left Bachelor In Paradise. She left the show instead because she feared harming him if she pursued Rodney Mathews.

She later implied that her unexpected departure was due to her dissatisfaction with the way production reportedly treated her. She moved on from the Bachelor franchise and eventually fell in love with Nicholas. Teddi and Nicholas made their love public when they rang in the year 2023 together.

In an Instagram post, Teddi announced the happy news of her engagement to Nicholas. She shared an Instagram Reel filled with sweet moments from their relationship, culminating in his proposal.

The Bachelor‘s Teddi Wright captioned the post, “So this is love…I am engaged and feel so blessed I get to spend forever with my best friend.” Teddi went on to say, “I’ve been crying for days since it’s happened and it still feels like a dream…can we take a moment for how good my fiancé (omg) and @jeandousset did on the ring…I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!! Now let’s get me married.”
