As a child, Bannon went to Benedictine College Preparatory in Richmond, which is a Catholic military school. After that, he went to Virginia Tech and worked at a local junk yard during the summers. After getting a degree in urban planning from Virginia Tech, he spent seven years as an officer in the US Navy. Trump gave Bannon a pardon before the date of his trial, even though he had said he wasn’t guilty.
