Early Years

Lamas was born in Santa Monica, California, on January 20, 1958. His mother was the actress Arlene Dahl from Norway, and his father was the actor Fernando Lamas from Argentina. But his parents broke up, and when Lamas was 11, his father married swimmer and actress Esther Williams.
