‘Loki’ Season 2 And ‘Echo’ Get Disney Plus Release Dates

While everyone is still basking in the sunshine of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, a wonderful return to form for the MCU, we’re back to the Disney Plus lineup in no time.

While we know that Marvel’s Secret Invasion will launch on June 21, we now have two additional dates for Loki Season 2 and Echo Season 1.

It was reported that Loki season 2 will be released on October 6, 2023, while Echo season 1 will follow roughly two months later, on November 29, 2023.

Look at the tweet posted by the Offical account of WDW News Today. You can also find more information about ‘Loki’ Season 2 And ‘Echo’ Get Disney Plus Release Dates by reading the below tweet:-

Disney is behaving weirdly with Echo, deciding to release all episodes on that day rather than the week-to-week approach used by all their other shows.

Maybe it’s just an experiment to determine whether it’s something they should do in the future. Perhaps it has anything to do with the general time of the MCU? I’m not sure.

In Loki, season 2, Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson will be searching for a Kang variation from the past, played by Jonathan Majors, who previously starred in Loki season 1 and later as the primary antagonist in the underwhelming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Given his recent arrest for suspected assault on a lady, which he denies, numerous questions have been raised about Majors’ continued presence as the Big Bad of this chapter of the MCU.

Loki' Season 2 And 'Echo' Get Disney Plus Release Dates

While Majors was dismissed from several projects and ad deals following his arrest, Disney has made no pronouncements concerning his continued work as Kang, and he looks to be keeping the job for the time being. In any case, his work in Loki season 2 is already done.

Echo is an intriguing situation because it was initially conceived as a mechanism for more Daredevil characters to return in the Daredevil-related tale. Echo originally debuted in Hawkeye, where the main antagonist was Netflix’s Daredevil’s Kingpin.

Here are some recent news that you might find interesting. You can read them by clicking on the links below:-

Charlie Cox reprised his role as Daredevil in the comedy She-Hulk. Then, with the announcement of Echo with its mostly Daredevil-based cast, Daredevil: Born Again was announced as a lengthy new series with Cox fully returning to the role.

Echo is a deaf, Native American hero played by Alaqua Cox (who is not related to Charlie Cox). While she was excellent in Hawkeye, seeing her get her own show was surprising, given that Echo is not a particularly well-known Marvel character.

But I’m looking forward to seeing more from her and learning more about this series also, how it will most likely tie into Daredevil: Born Again, even though production on that series has been halted due to the Writer’s Strike.

These two shows may be the final Disney Plus Marvel series unaffected by the Writer’s Strike. These delays will eventually catch up to the release schedule, but the strike has no end. However, we now have dates for these events, which will be released before the end of the year.
