“I’ve had my nose done. My lips have been done. And that’s pretty much it,” Larsa said at the RHOM reunion in March 2022. She also said that she had her breasts done before the third season of the show.

Larsa shot down rumors that she’s had a butt lift or enhancement when it comes to her curves.
The Chicago native told host Andy Cohen, “I work out every day of the week.” “If I show you pictures of me from five years ago, I weighed less than 100 pounds,” she said. I weigh 140 pounds now, so yes, my legs and arms look thicker than they did before. My whole body has changed… I work out, so my body is tight.”
The former basketball player’s wife has also said in public that she and Dr. Michael Horn, a plastic surgeon in Chicago, used UltraShape, a non-invasive procedure that uses ultrasound waves to target and kill fat cells.
Larsa wrote about UltraShape in a blog post in 2018: “I feel better about myself after UltraShape.” “I eat well and work out often, but there are some things that don’t change no matter what I do. With UltraShape, those extra inches are going away.”
