It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States, making Lizzo the female rapper with the longest-running solo hit. Her 2016 single “Good as Hell” also charted, hitting the top ten on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart.

Lizzo, slated to perform at Bell Center in Montreal, had to cancel her performance due to health concerns. The artist shared a heartfelt video, explaining to her fans that she could not perform due to her deteriorating health.

Lizzo revealed that this was only the second time in her career that she had to cancel a performance due to health issues. The 35-year-old musician appeared upset in the Instagram video while covered in a blanket and wearing a face mask.

According to Lizzo, “Last night, I had a sore throat and a headache and went to bed. This morning, I woke up feeling weaker, with chills and a headache. Usually, if it’s just a cold, I shower, eat, and take medicine to get better. But this time, it’s getting worse.”
