Netflix Announces the Release Date for I Think You Should Leave Season 3

I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson finally has a scheduled launch date after months of anticipation. The well-liked comedy program is scheduled to debut on May 20, 2023.  The sketch comedy series on Netflix is most well-known for its absurd premises, frantic energy, and wild hilarity that is brought to every scene.

Famous comedians like Vanessa Bayer, Kate Berlant, Julia Butters, Will Forte, Patti Harrison, Paul Walter Hauser, and Tim Heidecker, as well as all-star actors like Conner O’Malley, Bob Odenkirk, Cecily Strong, Brandon Wardell, Fred Willard, and Steven Yeun, are among the series’ notable cast members and cameo appearances.

Fans have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new funny segments from the creators of Coffin Flop and other hit shows since the third season of the critically acclaimed show was initially announced in May 2022. Like its two prior seasons, the current season will have six episodes.

Tim Robinson and Zach Kanin collaborated to produce I Think You Should Leave, with Robinson appearing in almost every sketch. The two previously collaborated as co-creators and co-writers on the Comedy Central series Detroiters, and both have written for Saturday Night Live and Documentary Now.

The Lonely Island, commonly known as Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg, and Jorma Taccone, all former Saturday Night Live cast members, serve as the show’s executive producers. Together with Alice Mathias, other executive producers include Ali Bell through Party Over Here and Alex Bach, Dan Powell, and Dan Powell for Irony Point.

I Think You Should Leave’s Awards

Since the series’ first episode aired in 2019, it has gotten much praise from critics and viewers alike and has won numerous prizes. Robinson won the 2022 Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series and the 2020 and 2022 WGA Awards for Comedy/Variety – Sketch Series.

Also up for an award was Outstanding Short Form Comedy, Drama, or Variety Series for the show. Only a few hours before Variety’s Power of Comedy event at SXSW 2023 in Austin, Texas, where Robinson and Kanin, the show’s creators, will also receive the Sketch Comedy Award, Variety has announced the debut date for Season 3.
