French judoka loses at Grand Slam for fighting with cell phone in kimono

05163656The French Priscilla Gneto was defeated this Saturday by the Japanese Momo Tamaoki, in the semifinals of the category until 57 kilos from the Paris stage of the Grand Slam, after he let it be revealed that he fought with his cell phone in his kimono.

During the fight, Gneto’s phone – bronze medalist at the London Olympics, in and European champion, in 2017 – fell on the mat and was picked up by the opponent of French.

The judoka still returned to fight for the Grand Slam, in the repechage and got the bronze in the Paris stage, after defeating the representative of Mongolia Enkh rillen Lkhagvatogoo.
