Following this, Ford’s daughter established a GoFundMe campaign in her father’s name so that he might earn a more substantial prize for his almost thirty years of service at the burger company. She had initially set the objective aim for the campaign at $200; but, as of the 4th of July, it has raised more than $328,000 so far.

One of the over 11,000 contributions made on GoFundMe comes from actor David Spade, who contributed $5,000 of his own money.
