Mark Salling was an American musician and actor who was best known for his role on the hit TV show Glee.

Who Was Mark Salling?
Mark Salling was born in Dallas, Texas on August 17, 1982. He grew up in a “strict Christian home.”
In 2001, he finished high school. After that, he went to the Los Angeles Academy of Music, where he taught guitar lessons to make money. Salling played Noah “Puck” Puckerman, an American football player, on the TV show Glee in 2008. Before that, he was in Children of the Corn IV and The Graveyard movies.
Salling was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for male Breakout Star because of how he played the role on the show for six years.
What Was Mark Salling Cause of Death?
On January 30, 2018, TMZ said that Salling had killed himself just a few weeks before he was supposed to go to jail for child pornography.
His lawyer confirmed that the actor had died. He was found dead near his home and a baseball field at 8:50 a.m. after someone called 911 to check on his well-being. A family member told TMZ that Salling was missing at 3 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30.
According to the website, he was found hanged, and in February 2018, a coroner said that he died of “asphyxiation by hanging, suicide.”
In a statement to The Blast, Mark’s family said, “Mark was a kind and loving person with a lot of creativity who was trying hard to make up for some serious mistakes and bad decisions.”

“His mother, father, and brother live on after him. The Salling family thanks everyone for their help and asks that their privacy be respected.
TMZ also said that the actor had tried to kill himself by cutting both of his wrists a few weeks before he pleaded guilty.
He is said to have “gone crazy” and called his roommate, who then called the police. Salling was taken to the hospital immediately, and a few days later, he was moved to a rehab center.

Georgie Leahy was with Mark up until he was arrested for molesting children. She said she was getting her nails done when she heard the news.
Leahy told The New York Post, “I passed out at the nail salon.”
She said, “What happened with Mark made me feel so many different things.“
“After everything he was accused of, I didn’t feel like I could hurt him.”
